Is property gated?
Yes- Open gates 8 am- 8 pm 7 days a week.
Is property lit?
Is there a deposit?
A refundable $20.00 is required for each unit including outside storage. All inside units are broom swept prior to lease and must be in same condition upon vacancy to receive refund.
Do you offer climate controlled units?
We do not have climate controlled units, but our Belleville Storage facility does.
If I am late on my payment, is there a late fee?
All payments are due on the contract anniversary date. There is a $20.00 late fee on any payment not received within the 5-day grace period.
I am moving in town and am waiting for my residence to be come available. Can I rent for just a few weeks?
Yes- we offer single month rentals that can be extended if necessary.
Do I have to sign a year-long contract?
No- we offer month-by-month contracts.
Do you provide locks for the storage units?
Yes. We do provide a lock. One lock per unit.
Is my property insured? Do I need to get insurance?
The contract you sign explains that each renter is responsible for their property and that it is recommended that they obtain renters insurance or notify their homeowners policy that they have a storage unit.
If I move in on the 10th of the month- do I pay for the whole month?
We do not pro-rate payments. Payments are month to month based on the date you move in.
If I move out on the 17th of the month I already paid for, do I get a refund?
No- once a month is paid for there are no partial refunds. Deposits are refunded if written 2-week notice is given.
